Open the book of nature;

When winter arrives,
the earth is less exposed to the sun and nothing grows.
The rivers are frozen.
Life's in slow motion.
But in spring, when the earth remains exposed
to the sun's light and warmth for longer,
everything grows, everything becomes beautiful, rich, abundant,
life circulates everywhere.
Well, spirituality can be compared to the action of the sun on the earth.
When our spirit begins to radiate,
to penetrate all the cells of our organism with its love and light
so as to harmonize them and make them sing in unison,
then, yes, we are truly living a spiritual life.
True spirituality is the sun acting on the earth,
the sun vivifying and animating our body
until light, peace and plenitude come to inhabit it.
